The role involves managing and coordinating remediation matters across numerous developments, with a focus on construction law, disputes, and complex portfolio management. The Role

You will play a key role in managing and coordinating remediation matters across a large number of developments, working closely with external counsel while helping bring greater capability in-house. The work is varied and hands-on, including:

  • Advising on construction defects and building safety issues
  • Managing construction disputes and liability analysis
  • Reviewing and interpreting development documentation (building contracts, warranties, consultant appointments)
  • Coordinating and overseeing external law firms
  • Supporting commercial and strategic decision-making across a live project portfolio

About You

We are looking for experienced, pragmatic construction lawyers who are comfortable operating in a hands-on, delivery-focused environment. You will likely have:

  • 5–10+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience)
