Recruitment Partner

We're looking for a Resourcing Business Partner for a public sector organisation, based in London (hybrid), on an initial 6-month contract, paying up to £400 per day (Inside IR35, Umbrella).

This is a hybrid role with an expectation to attend the office in London or Manchester - 2 to 3 days per week.

The successful Resourcing Business Partner will lead recruitment activity across the organisation, feeding into wider resourcing plans and thinking strategically about how to attract and secure the right people.

You'll manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines, advertise roles, and work closely with stakeholders to influence decisions and simplify processes.

You'll also use data to generate market intelligence and support evidence-based decision making.

You will need proven experience working with the following: Recruitment or HR delivery Stakeholder management, with strong communication and influencing skills Strategic thinking to shape wider resourcing plans Advertising roles and running end-to-end resourcing activity Extracting and manipulating data to inform decisions and create market intel Working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines Awareness of Civil Service recruitment principles.

The following would be beneficial: Oleeo system experience Civil Service Jobs experience MS Office Public sector experience.

You'll need to hold or be eligible to obtain SC clearance for this role.
