Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter V10 and above.
- Manage onshore/offshore development teams.
- Guide system modernizations/transformations at large insurance carriers.
- Design and implement policy transformation strategies and roadmaps.
- Oversee design and development to align with architectural guidelines.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship for implementation teams.
- Facilitate requirement capture and design solutions.
- Ensure successful project delivery and communication with stakeholders.
- Resolve technical requirement mismatches through communication.
- Maintain knowledge of coding standards, DevOps, and Guidewire best practices.
