Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the India-based development team, maintaining 3-4 hours of daily overlap.
- Develop and normalize telemetry using OpenTelemetry, including OTel Collector and OTTL.
- Engineer multi-tenant, distributed SaaS platforms.
- Build scalable observability platforms with large-scale log processing.
- Work on deep streaming and data-pipeline projects using Kafka, Kinesis, and other technologies.
- Implement multi-cloud ingestion strategies for various cloud platforms.
- Develop detection engines/services for analytics, real-time alerting, and immutable audit logging.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry and telemetry normalization.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring/Spring Boot microservices.
- Experience in multi-tenant, distributed SaaS platform engineering.
- Knowledge of scalable observability platforms and log processing.
- Expertise in streaming/data-pipeline technologies like Kafka and Kinesis.
- Familiarity with multi-cloud ingestion and analytics.

- Detection engine/service (rules + ML anomaly detection), analytics for usage patterns and risk scoring, real-time alerting, immutable audit logging, and DLQ / replay pipelines
