Summary: The Brand Manager for Global Brand Marketing will collaborate with the Global Brand Lead and marketing team to create and implement integrated marketing plans for games. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Global Brand Lead and broader brand marketing team to develop and execute integrated global marketing plans for games with strong community, co-op, multiplayer, live service, or long-tail engagement dynamics
- Translate brand strategy into actionable campaign plans across digital, social, community, CRM, creator/influencer, paid media, promotions, retail/channels, platform marketing, and partner activations
- Own and manage key campaign workstreams across major beats such as announcements, launches, content updates, seasonal moments, community activations, and franchise milestones
- Drive day-to-day campaign planning and execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, approvals, budgets, and localization needs are clearly tracked and managed across territories
- Partner closely with internal teams and external creative, media, social, community, influencer, and digital agencies to brief, develop, route, and deliver campaign assets
- Review creative materials and provide clear, strategic feedback to ensure work reflects the game s positioning, audience, tone, player promise, and overall brand strategy
- Collaborate with studio, regional marketing, PR, social, community, media, creative, channel, commercial, and platform teams to ensure global alignment and strong execution across all touchpoints
- Monitor player conversation, community sentiment, competitive activity, industry trends, and broader cultural moments to identify insights, opportunities, and potential risks
- Leverage consumer research, audience insights, community feedback, and campaign performance data to inform strategy, optimize plans, and improve future marketing effectiveness
- Develop campaign presentations, status updates, performance recaps, and strategic recommendations for internal stakeholders and leadership
- Identify and support partner, creator, community, and brand collaboration opportunities that feel authentic to the game and its audience
- Help champion a player-first approach to marketing, ensuring campaigns reflect the behaviors, motivations, humor, and expectations of the communities they are designed to reach

Key Skills:
- Passion for marketing, video games, player communities, and the evolving gaming landscape
- 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, integrated marketing, entertainment marketing, gaming, media, communications, or a related field
- Previous experience working on or supporting video game marketing strongly preferred
- Experience or strong familiarity with community-led, co-op, multiplayer, indie, AA, live service, PC-first, or long-tail games preferred
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to support positioning, audience strategy, campaign architecture, creative briefs, and go-to-market planning
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, paid media, creator/influencer, CRM, community, retail/channel, or partner marketing
- Ability to turn research, player insights, community feedback, and performance data into clear recommendations and campaign actions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear presentations, concise updates, and compelling strategic narratives
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to evaluate creative work against brand strategy, audience needs, channel objectives, and player expectations
- Familiarity with gaming communities, Discord, Reddit, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Steam, creator content, patch/update communication, and player sentiment is a plus
- Experience working with creative, media, social, community, digital, or influencer agencies preferred
