Business Analyst - Healthcare Domain with UiPath RPA Experience (Remote)

Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst with over 10 years in the healthcare domain and expertise in UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements, translating healthcare workflows into automation opportunities, and working closely with developers to implement RPA solutions. The ideal candidate will also ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and provide ongoing support for automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate complex healthcare workflows (claims, billing, patient records, compliance) into automation opportunities.
• Work closely with UiPath developers to design, test, and deploy RPA solutions.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and workflow documentation.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Lead UAT sessions, validate automation outcomes, and ensure smooth adoption.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ICD, CPT, etc.).
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for deployed automation solutions.
