Summary: The Employee Central Payroll Integration Consultant (Technical) is a remote role focused on managing end-to-end integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and global payroll systems. The consultant will be responsible for ensuring seamless data flow, testing, and vendor coordination across HR and payroll systems. -10+ years of experience working in Payroll Integrations with experience leading and managing End to End integration lifecycle from requirement gathering and vendor communication to testing, deployment

-6+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors specifically global payroll integration

-Strong understanding of Employee Central data models, Payroll replication, and integration best practices

-Some technical knowledge of CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) or Dell Boomi

-Experience integrating SD Worx, DEEL, Kronos, or UKG time management systems

A fortune 100 organization is seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Integration Analyst that will sit fully remote for a long-term contract. We are seeking a skilled Sr. SuccessFactors Integration Analyst to manage end-to-end integrations between SAP SuccessFactors EC, Global Payroll Systems (Argentina, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain), and third-party systems. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of EC and Payroll data models. This role supports seamless data flow, testing, vendor coordination, and issue resolution across HR and Global Payroll systems within client's global operations.

You will work closely with HR, IT, and external partners to ensure timely and efficient integration design, development, testing, and deployment.

Job Responsibilities:
Own and deliver integration solutions for SAP SuccessFactors EC, Global Payroll Systems and time modules, including both standard pre-packaged integrations and custom interfaces.
Lead and manage End to End integration lifecycle from requirement gathering and vendor communication to testing, deployment.
Coordinate closely with third-party vendors to define data requirements, timelines, error handling mechanisms, and SLA expectations.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions by developing Functional Design documentations
Own and deliver integration flows between SAP SuccessFactors, Global Payroll Systems, Time Management Systems and third-party systems (e.g., finance, time tracking, benefits), and on-premise applications.
Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation during integration design.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
Lead or support integration testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and documentation.
Keep documentation up to date, including integration specs, flow diagrams, error logs.
Hands on experience on SuccessFactors Employee Central Configuration

Conduct unit, system, and end-to-end integration testing with internal teams and third-party vendors.
Collaborate with other SF module leads to identify potential system enhancements and process optimizations.
Be flexible to learn additional SAP SuccessFactors modules and undergo training to enhance consulting expertise.
