Must-Have Skills:
- 5-10 years of experience in software development or technology, including 5+ years of manual and automated testing.
- Strong knowledge of the SDLC, testing methodologies, defect management, and Agile environments, with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with payroll systems, including payroll cycles, tax calculations, deductions, benefits, gross-to-net processing, compliance, and end-to-end payroll workflows.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with DevSecOps, Agile Scrum, VersionOne (or similar Agile tools), and AI/ML tools for testing or modernization.
- Familiarity with mainframe environments and payroll system modernization initiatives.
