Summary: Seeking an experienced IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise business rule solutions for workflow automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with IBM ODM, Java, and enterprise integrations, translating business policies into scalable, automated decision services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain IBM ODM rule projects, decision tables, decision trees, and business rule flows.
  • Translate business requirements into automated decision services using Decision Center and Rule Designer.
  • Develop and integrate ODM decision services with enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure business rules align with organizational policies and requirements.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and deploy decision services using Decision Center and Rule Execution Server (RES).
  • Optimize business rules for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Support deployments in Google Cloud Platform environments and participate in CI/CD processes.
  • Work within Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills:

  • 5 10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM).
  • Strong experience with Decision Center, Rule Designer, Rule Execution Server (RES), and decision services.
  • Strong programming experience in Java and J2EE technologies.
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST and SOAP web services.
