Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned IT Technology Manager who combines strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven professional with a deep understanding of software development, system integrations, and solution architecture. This individual will lead a small, high-performing team and drive the delivery of scalable, high-quality technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of 4 engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
Design, develop, and oversee scalable architecture solutions across applications and integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Drive end-to-end delivery of software development and integration projects
Ensure best practices in coding standards, system design, and security compliance
Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve system efficiency and performance
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on support when needed
Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables to meet business goals
Act as a technical leader and “go-getter” who takes initiative and ownership

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
10+ years of experience in IT, with strong exposure to development, integrations, and architecture
Proven experience leading small technical teams (3–6 members)
Strong hands-on experience in software development (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, Azure PowerAutomate or similar low code platforms)
Expertise in system integrations (APIs, middleware, microservices architecture)
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Experience with modern development practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with enterprise systems and large-scale implementations
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with data architecture and analytics platforms
Certifications in cloud or architecture frameworks
