Key Responsibilities:

- Advise on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters related to M&A transactions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, and operations, to facilitate transaction execution.
- Ensure all transaction documentation adheres to legal standards and mitigates potential liabilities.
Key Skills:
