  • Own and optimize the category marketing budget and ensure effective communication across functions.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in senior marketing roles within FMCG or fast-paced retail environments.
  • Strong category management expertise and P&L responsibility.
  • Marketing/Business degree (MBA preferred).
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and consumer insight skills.
  • Ability to influence at board level and communicate across complex global matrices.
  • Demonstrated success in defining and executing marketing strategies.
  • Inspirational leadership and team development skills.

Location: Remote, some travel into London for key meetings

Reports to: Managing Director UK&I

Payrate: up to £1100 p/d via Umbrella

Contract: 6 months

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to lead our UK & Ireland marketing strategy and put our new products at the heart of our business. This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering winning food and beverage propositions, driving brand activation, and ensuring robust consumer-led innovation. You would be responsible for 3 direct reports and a total team of 30.
