Summary: The role of Master Data Management (MDM) Architect focuses on leading enterprise MDM initiatives within the Retail and Supply Chain sectors, specifically utilizing the Stibo STEP platform. The ideal candidate will define master data strategies, design scalable architectures, and implement solutions across various master data domains. Strong collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams is essential for delivering effective MDM solutions. Lead-level experience is acceptable, and an Architect title is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define enterprise MDM strategy, roadmap, and target-state architecture.
  • Design scalable and sustainable master data solutions using Stibo STEP.
  • Establish master data models, hierarchies, taxonomies, and governance frameworks.
  • Lead architecture reviews and provide technical direction for MDM programs.
  • Design integration architecture between MDM and enterprise applications.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Stibo STEP.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced MDM Architect/Lead with strong expertise in Retail & Supply Chain and hands-on experience with the Stibo STEP platform. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise MDM initiatives, define master data strategies, design scalable data architectures, and drive implementations across Product, Supplier, Customer, and Location master data domains.

The role requires strong business domain knowledge, technical architecture expertise, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, data governance teams, and implementation teams to deliver enterprise MDM solutions.


Key Responsibilities

1. MDM Strategy & Architecture

  • Define enterprise MDM strategy, roadmap, and target-state architecture.
  • Design scalable and sustainable master data solutions using Stibo STEP.
  • Establish master data models, hierarchies, taxonomies, and governance frameworks.
