Strong expertise designing and governing enterprise data models across platforms such as Encompass, Salesforce, HappyFox, Polly, and other operational/business systems.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience implementing Medallion Architecture patterns (Bronze / Silver / Gold) within modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or Databricks.
Experience establishing enterprise data standards including naming conventions, metadata management, lineage, and reusable architectural patterns.
Expertise designing scalable Lakehouse and Data Warehouse architectures optimized for analytics, reporting, governance, and AI/ML workloads.
Strong knowledge of application integration and support architectures, including APIs, event-driven design, streaming pipelines, and real-time data processing.
Ability to partner closely with engineering teams to support solution design, development delivery, platform optimization, and production support.
