Mulesoft Developer - Fully Remote

Summary: The Mulesoft Integration Developer role involves designing, building, and delivering MuleSoft APIs for a retail and E-commerce implementation in a fully remote capacity. The position requires hands-on development experience within an agile environment, focusing on API-led connectivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong MuleSoft development skills and experience in deploying integrations in an enterprise setting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain MuleSoft APIs and integrations aligned to an API-led connectivity approach (Experience, Process, and System layers).
  • Build and expose RESTful and SOAP APIs in compliance with agreed interface contracts and enterprise API design standards.
  • Create reusable connectors, templates, and integration patterns to accelerate delivery across teams.
  • Produce thorough API documentation using RAML or OAS (OpenAPI Specification).
  • Deploy, configure, and monitor Mule applications on CloudHub and Runtime Fabric.
  • Implement robust error handling, alerting, and logging strategies to support operational excellence and SLA compliance.

Key Skills:

  • Strong hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform development experience.
  • Proven experience delivering API-led integrations in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong command of Mule 4.x runtime, DataWeave 2.x, and Anypoint Studio.
  • Demonstrable experience deploying to CloudHub (shared or dedicated) and/or Runtime Fabric.
  • Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, HTTP, JSON, XML, and related web standards.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum and multi-squad environments.

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading retail clients! They are currently looking for a highly skilled MuleSoft Developer to design, build, and deliver MuleSoft APIs for a complex retail and E-commerce implementation. The role involves hands on development, and design experience within an agile, multi squad environment
