Summary: The OBRL Technical Product Analyst role is a fully remote position requiring extensive experience in system analysis and product analysis, particularly within the banking and finance sectors. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct system analysis and product analysis for banking and finance applications.
• Gather requirements and optimize processes related to loan disbursement and lending workflows.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to design solutions.
• Utilize Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies in project execution.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years of experience as a System Analyst / Technical Business Analyst / Product Analyst.
• Strong experience with Oracle Banking & Oracle ERP Finance.
• Hands-on experience in Loan Disbursement, Lending Workflows, and Banking Finance.
• Expertise in System Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Process Optimization, and Solution Design.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
• Preferred: Experience with Oracle Banking Retail Lending (OBRL) or Zafin.
• Preferred: Oracle, SAFe, or Scrum certifications.
