Summary: The Oracle Retail MFCS Lead Consultant will be responsible for designing integrations for Oracle MFCS and facilitating the transition from Oracle RMS to MFCS. This role serves as a liaison between business and technology teams within enterprise systems. The position requires extensive experience in Oracle applications and strong communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Oracle MFCS integrations and help with conversion from old Oracle RMS to new Oracle MFCS
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology teams across enterprise systems

Key Skills:

  • 10-15 years in Oracle RMS and MFCS applications.
  • Proficient in architecture, process flow and configuration of GL, Accounting, Stock Ledger
  • Strong in architecture and process flow of PO
  • Good Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL queries, extensions, etc.
  • Domain knowledge: experience in Retail
  • Working experience in Onsite-Offshore delivery mode
  • Good communication
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage stakeholders
