We have an exciting short-term consulting opportunity for a skilled Planning Lawyer to step in and make an immediate impact as part of a busy in-house planning team. This is a hands-on interim assignment where you’ll take ownership of a live caseload, keep matters moving, and ensure clients continue to receive a seamless, high-quality service. The work will involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating Section 106 agreements, Unilateral undertakings and other standard planning agreements and documentation as well as providing practical, commercially focused advice on a range of planning issues, have strong client-facing skills and available from mid-July.
