About the Role

We're looking for an Intermediate Process and Tools Specialist III to provide enterprise-wide strategic direction and governance for our Microsoft Power Platform environment. In this role, you'll shape how the organization builds, secures, and scales low-code solutions — ensuring they deliver real business value while integrating seamlessly with SharePoint and our broader content management ecosystem.

This is a high-visibility role for someone who thinks like a product owner, governs like an architect, and communicates like a change leader. You'll set the vision for Power Platform across the enterprise and empower citizen developers to build within a safe, scalable framework.

Location: Fully remote — candidates must be based in the Eastern or Central time zone.

What You'll Do

  • Own the strategy. Define and lead an enterprise Power Platform strategy and roadmap aligned to the organization's AI, automation, and digital transformation priorities.
  • Build the guardrails. Establish a governance model covering environment strategy, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and full solution lifecycle management.
  • Connect the ecosystem. Drive integration between Power Platform and SharePoint to enable workflow automation and modern content management.
  • Set the standards. Serve as enterprise product owner for Power Platform, defining architecture standards and deployment models used across the organization.
  • Grow the community. Lead adoption efforts through training, enablement programs, and engagement with the citizen developer community.
  • Prove the value. Track adoption metrics, productivity gains, and ROI to demonstrate the business impact of the platform.

What You Bring

  • Hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • A strong background in SharePoint Online and content management practices.
  • Proven experience leading platform strategy, governance, or product ownership at an enterprise level.
  • Solid knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and DLP frameworks.
  • Experience with Copilot Studio within the Power Platform ecosystem.

How Success Looks

  • A standardized, enterprise-wide Power Platform operating model.
  • Reduced risk from unmanaged apps and data exposure.
  • Scalable, SharePoint-integrated automation patterns adopted across teams.
  • Measurable productivity gains and cost savings tied directly to platform initiatives.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones.
