Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on a broad range of high-value and strategically important projects across various sectors.
- Provide legal expertise on complex domestic and international projects.
- Work autonomously while demonstrating strong technical ability and commercial awareness.
- Engage with clients and projects primarily in the Middle East.
- Utilize experience in PPP/PFI projects, EPC contracts, O&M agreements, and offtake agreements.
Key Skills:
- Qualification in England & Wales or another commonwealth jurisdiction.
- At least 8 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Experience within a recognized international or City law firm.
- Strong experience in energy and natural resources, construction, infrastructure, technology, aviation, defence, and/or transport sectors.
- Demonstrable experience advising on complex projects.
- Immediate availability for consultancy work.

The successful consultants will advise on a broad range of high-value and strategically important projects across the energy and natural resources, construction, infrastructure, technology, aviation, defence and transport sectors. Lawyers with experience advising on projects and/or clients across the Middle East will be of particular interest.
This opportunity is best suited to experienced Lawyers qualified in England & Wales (or another commonwealth jurisdiction such as Australia or New Zealand), with at least 8 years’ post-qualification experience and a strong track record gained within leading international or City law firms.
The position offers a flexible, non-exclusive consultancy arrangement, making it particularly attractive to Lawyers already operating on a contract or portfolio basis.
