Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement payroll integrations using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Payroll.
• Manage the end-to-end integration lifecycle including design, testing, and deployment.
• Create integration documentation including As-Is/To-Be analysis.
• Develop test scripts and test cases for manual integration testing.
• Facilitate payroll vendor integrations and perform data mapping and field mapping.
• Communicate effectively and document processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in implementation projects beyond just production support.
