Summary: The role of Technical Lead/Big Data Lead/Architect requires over 12 years of experience in data architecture and engineering, focusing on SQL Server and advanced SQL techniques. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end to end ownership of EDW/data platform operations across SQL Server, data marts, and reporting layers
• Lead design and optimization of data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using Informatica / SSIS
• Drive modernization roadmap towards cloud data platforms (Fabric/Databricks)
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and reconciliation across clinical, financial, and operational datasets
• Design and support high volume reporting architectures (SSRS/Tableau/BI reporting ecosystem)
• Act as SME for stored procedures, business logic, and EDW transformations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business KPIs into scalable data models and dashboards
• Drive automation, performance tuning, and capacity optimization of EDW environments
