Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Deployment: Lead workshops to map out core parts business processes, including demand forecasting for sporadic or slow-moving parts, inventory target setting, and safety stock optimization.
• MRO & Service Parts Integration: Configure specialized IBP planning areas (e.g., SAP9) to project dependent component demands. Align maintenance task lists and installed-base drivers with enterprise supply plans.
• Supply & Response Planning: Execute constraint-based capacity planning and supply allocation. Ensure the right spare parts are available globally to minimize asset downtime and balance working capital.
• Data Integration: Oversee integration architecture linking SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA (or ECC) using CPI-DS, SDI, and RTI to enable seamless master data and transactional flow.
• User Enablement: Develop training materials and conduct hypercare support to assist end-users and key stakeholders in utilizing IBP best practices.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must Have: Integrated Business Planning, MRO supply constraint management
• Experience: 7+ years of functional supply chain experience with at least 3+ years focused specifically on SAP IBP implementation.
• Module Expertise: Hands-on configuration proficiency in IBP Demand (Demand Sensing), IBP Inventory, and IBP Response & Supply. Experience with IBP for MRO is highly preferred.
• Cross-Module Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of integration with SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance (PM), MM, and SD.
• Business Acumen: Ability to translate spare parts planning challenges into quantifiable business metrics (e.g., fill rates, stockout reduction, inventory carrying costs).
