Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Development / Integration Lead to oversee development and integration projects within the Utility Industry. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and providing technical leadership to the team. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge in SAP development and integration, particularly with SAP S/4HANA. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP S/4HANA development and integration projects from initiation to completion
• Utilize deep knowledge of ABAP, APIs, SAP Integration Suite, middleware, and SAP BTP to design and implement solutions
• Collaborate with implementation partners, offshore/onshore technical teams, and cross-functional business stakeholders to drive project success
• Support hybrid cloud and on-premise SAP landscapes, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure project timelines are met

Key Skills:

• 10+ years of SAP development and integration experience
• Deep knowledge of ABAP, APIs, SAP Integration Suite, middleware, and SAP BTP
• Multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation experiences required
• Experience working with implementation partners, offshore/onshore technical teams, and cross-functional business stakeholders
