Key Responsibilities:

• Implement European e-invoicing and digital tax reporting capabilities.
• Utilize extensive Business Analysis experience in global finance, tax, or ERP implementations.
• Ensure compliance with EU VAT regulations and manage ViDA phase execution.
• Oversee end-to-end finance processes including AP, AR, Intercompany, Employee Expenses, and Tax.
• Gather requirements, map systems, and manage stakeholders effectively.

• Expertise in Business Analysis with a focus on ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, or major cloud ERPs).

I am recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst to work on a remote basis.

The role falls inside IR35 so you will be required to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.

You will be an expert Senior Business Analyst who has experience of rolling out European e-invoicing and digital tax reporting capabilities.

You will have a number of years of Business Analysis experience in global finance, tax or ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, or major cloud ERPs).

You must have a deep understanding of EU VAT regulations, ViDA phase execution, and e-invoicing across France, Belgium, Poland, Germany and Norway.

Proven expertise in end-to-end finance processes: AP, AR, Intercompany, Employee Expenses, and Tax.

Prior experience in the Medical Device or Life Sciences industry is highly preferred (understanding track-and-trace, compliance, and complex distribution models).

Excellent requirements gathering, system mapping, and stakeholder management skills are required.
