Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Configure entities, workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and security roles.
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and integrations using C#, .NET, and Web APIs.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related technical issues.
- Perform unit testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Key Skills:
