Senior Java Developer (SC Clearedd)

Contract Length: 12 months initial (extensions expected)

Clearance: Active SC clearance required (NPPV3 highly desirable)

We are partnered with a major public sector programme delivering and sustaining a highly critical national system used across the UK. They are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to operate within a complex, Legacy-focused environment, playing a key role in the ongoing support, stabilisation, and modernisation of a large-scale enterprise platform.

This position centres around working within an established Java ecosystem, heavily underpinned by Oracle technologies and WebLogic application Servers. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in navigating and evolving Legacy architectures, contributing to the refactoring and optimisation of existing services while ensuring system resilience, security, and performance at scale.
