Summary: The Technical Project Manager III role involves overseeing the deployment and operational excellence of retail demo systems, including AI glasses and VR devices. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure high uptime and seamless customer experiences in retail locations. The manager will also be responsible for tracking KPIs and resolving technical issues related to retail technology systems. This is a full-time position with flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive deployment and operational excellence for retail demo systems across AI glasses, VR devices, and in-store display technologies.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for store technology performance, software updates, vendor management, and retail device maintenance.
• Ensure high uptime and seamless customer experiences across first-party retail locations.
• Collaborate with retail operations, technical vendors, analytics teams, and internal engineering stakeholders.
• Manage deployments, track KPIs, resolve technical issues, and maintain scalable retail technology systems.
