Siemens Teamcenter PLM Architect - REMOTE / Fulltime

Summary: The Siemens Teamcenter PLM Architect role involves defining and designing PLM architecture using Siemens Teamcenter, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies. The position requires leading implementations and migrations, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and providing technical leadership across various teams. The architect will also establish governance standards and optimize PLM processes in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. This is a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define & design end-to-end PLM architecture using Siemens Teamcenter aligned to business and enterprise IT strategy
• Lead implementation, upgrades, and migrations of Teamcenter solutions across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain domains
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, including data models, workflows, and configurations
• Drive integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP/Oracle), CAD tools, MES, and other applications
• Establish architecture standards, governance, and best practices for PLM platforms
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development, configuration, and admin teams
• Oversee customization and extensions (BMIDE, ITK, SOA/REST APIs, Active Workspace)
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and data governance across the PLM ecosystem
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, IT, manufacturing) to optimize PLM processes
• Support solution lifecycle including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization

Key Skills:

• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM architecture and implementation
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT strategy and governance
