Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant, supporting implementations and post-go-live enhancements.
• Strong functional and technical expertise in Core HR and Talent Management modules.
• Experience delivering production enhancements, including configuration, workflows, interfaces, and functional support.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with BI Reporting and workflow configuration/design.
• Knowledge of additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules and integrations.
