Summary: The role of SuccessFactors Compensation Lead involves providing expertise in the Compensation Module of SAP SuccessFactors on a contractual basis for a global water technology company. The candidate will support multiple HR technology projects, ensuring accurate information flow and positive employee experiences while advising on process improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for SuccessFactors Compensation administration including management of forms, users, and foundation master data, maintenance and support across the module, and reporting and analysis support.
- Work alongside compensation leaders & subject matter experts to ensure the compensation setup and system configuration meets internal governance and system standards.
- Contribute to the development of standardized compensation operational processes, procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
- Identify and recommend areas for improvement regarding compensation and related processes.
- Partner with compensation leaders from other departments to optimize the system and enhance the end-user training experience.
Key Skills:
- 5+ Full Life-cycle implementations of Compensation/SAP SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live.
- 5+ years' experience with managing Compensation, HR technology platforms, systems, analytics & processes.
- Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR systems, analytics, processes, and data.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
