Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, manage, and troubleshoot scalable IT systems and architectures aligned to business needs
- Provide technical support for escalated help desk issues spanning network, server, and endpoint problems
- Implement group policies and software deployments for reliable, efficient system management
- Manage Windows updates and endpoint configurations across an enterprise environment
- Collaborate with cloud architects and dev/ops teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance
- Document processes and run periodic system reviews to ensure adherence to standards

Key Skills:

- 5+ years troubleshooting complex IT issues
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills; comfortable in a fast-paced, team environment
