Job Title: Warehouse Systems Lead

Summary

The Warehouse Systems Lead will oversee warehouse technology platforms, including RF-Smart, POS systems, printer networks, and warehouse operations applications to support efficient inventory and fulfilment processes

Responsibilities

• Lead support and optimization of warehouse technology landscape.
• Manage RF-Smart implementation, configuration, and support.
• Oversee POS systems and warehouse device integrations.
• Support printer network administration and troubleshooting.
• Partner with operations teams to improve warehouse processes.
• Monitor warehouse system performance and availability.
• Coordinate testing and deployment of warehouse enhancements.
• Support inventory accuracy and fulfilment initiatives.
• Manage third-party vendors and technology partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of warehouse systems or WMS experience.
• Hands-on experience with RF-Smart and warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and fulfilment processes.
• Experience supporting barcode scanners, handheld devices, and printer networks.
• Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating WMS with NetSuite ERP.
• Experience working in retail, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environments.

Work Site: Remote (EST)
