Summary: The Workday Lead Analyst is tasked with supervising and mentoring a team of Workday analysts while managing the support and maintenance of various Workday modules. This role involves coordinating updates, testing, and release management, as well as acting as a liaison between strategic system owners, end users, and HRIT. The analyst will also focus on improving efficiency and data integrity within HR system processes through automation and self-service opportunities.

- System administration for modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Time Off, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Finance, or Adaptive Planning
- Identify opportunities for automation, validation, and self-service to improve efficiency and data integrity of HR system processes
- Define business/technical requirements for system configurations and enhancements
- Partner with Stakeholders and/or vendor to troubleshoot system issues and integration data feeds
- Resolution of help desk tickets within established service level agreement
- Participate as team lead or a core team member on projects and objectives related to supported systems

- 9+ years of Workday configuration, administration, and support experience required
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to fully comprehend holistic view of enterprise systems structure and processes
- Experience with Workday reporting, EIBs, integrations, and configuration
