Summary: Responsible for designing and optimizing Zoho-based solutions to enhance manufacturing operations, this role focuses on aligning business processes with Zoho applications. The consultant will engage with various teams to improve efficiency and operational visibility while mapping workflows and identifying process improvements. Proficiency in Zoho applications and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize Zoho-based solutions for manufacturing operations.
  • Align manufacturing business processes with Zoho applications to improve efficiency, traceability, and operational visibility.
  • Engage with production, procurement, inventory, and finance teams.
  • Understand manufacturing processes such as Bill of Materials (BOM), work orders, production planning, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Map current workflows and identify process improvements.
  • Design and configure Zoho-based manufacturing solutions using Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, and Zoho CRM.
  • Configuration experiences in multi-level BOMs, production workflows, routing and job tracking, warehouse, and batchlot management.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of Oracle CRM Functional Sales Experience.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, BOM Management, Production Planning.
