Key Responsibilities:
- Lead dealer retail business transformation initiatives, improving the customer journey through both physical and digital sales channels.
- Develop, align and execute dealer growth plans, including management of associated budgets to drive retail sales performance.
- Provide strategic guidance to dealers on sales, marketing and customer engagement best practices.
- Support dealers in enhancing organisational capability by identifying performance gaps and recommending practical improvement solutions.
- Advise on customer experience enhancements, including market coverage, technology-enabled solutions, training and bundled service offerings.
- Consult on business process improvements, evaluating current practices and implementing more effective ways of working.
- Promote programmes that increase sales while maintaining strong pricing and profitability.
- Lead retail transformation projects at dealer, regional and global levels.
- Continuously develop knowledge and expertise to support evolving business priorities.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience developing and delivering successful sales and/or marketing strategies.
- Experience in customer-facing B2B environments.
- Previous experience working with dealer or distributor networks.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to influence business performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical action plans.
- Strongly preferred industry experience within Off-Highway or Automotive Dealerships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
