Salesforce Senior Scrum Master - 12-Month Contract - Inside IR35 - Hybrid (London, 2 Days Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Scrum Master to support a major Salesforce digital transformation programme within a large public sector environment.

In this role, you will lead Agile delivery across multiple Salesforce product teams, driving Scrum best practices, removing delivery impediments, and ensuring successful delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and related integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery across multiple Salesforce Scrum teams
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
• Manage sprint planning, dependencies, risks, issues, and release planning
• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, Testers, and business stakeholders
• Drive Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and delivery governance
• Track sprint metrics, delivery progress, and programme health through reporting and dashboards

Key Skills Required

• 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master delivering Agile programmes
• Proven experience delivering Salesforce transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Agile delivery tools
• Strong stakeholder management, Agile coaching, and Scrum facilitation skills
• Experience working within large enterprise or public sector environments is highly desirable
