Summary: The SAP Administrator role involves providing essential controls for cost management services within an Aberdeen-based client on a contract basis until December 18, 2026. The position requires a hybrid working arrangement and focuses on quality control, purchase requisition management, and the maintenance of cost management processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control review of Purchase Requisitions (PRs)
- Raise PRs in SAP and update the Cost Tracker accordingly
- PR management – corrections/closures/problem solving
- Distribute vendor invoices to JRE’s for review and approval
- Raise Service Entry Sheets (SES’s) in SAP
- Run weekly actuals and commitment reports from SAP
- Assist in the maintenance and roll-out of cost management processes and procedures
- Follow the safety & environmental policies, guidelines and procedures as directed by the business
Key Skills:
- Detailed and practical knowledge of SAP from an R2P perspective
- Project controls experience would be beneficial
- Good experience in an ERP/SAP Administration role preferably within an Oil and Gas Operator
