The Programme Director will lead a complex, multi-year SAP transformation programme for my client who are undergoing a merger. The role will focus primarily on SAP delivery while encompassing broader business change and transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Full Life Cycle Delivery: Proven track record of delivering large-scale SAP programmes from initiation to stabilisation
• Transformation Expertise: Experience in business change, organisational design, and merger integration (desirable)
• Leadership: Ability to lead diverse teams across multiple geographies
• Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional communication and influencing skills at executive/c-suite level
• Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of contracts, commercials, and financial governance
