SAP Success Factors Test Lead
Summary: The role of SAP Success Factors Test Lead involves overseeing the delivery of SAP SuccessFactors implementations on a global scale, with a focus on managing test teams and ensuring effective testing strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations or rollouts.
- Manage onsite test teams and coordinate with offshore counterparts.
- Drive test governance, track milestones, and escalate risks proactively.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
- Oversee testing for SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment & Onboarding, and Payroll Integration.
- Ensure understanding of integration points with SAP HCM/ERP and third-party systems.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA and X-Ray for test management.
- Design test cases and manage the defect life cycle.
- Conduct data migration testing and cutover validation.
- Communicate effectively and maintain a detail-oriented, proactive approach.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Test Lead in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of test strategy, planning, estimation, execution, and reporting.
- Experience with Agile or Hybrid delivery models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Role Description:
- This is a worldwide delivery which other countries have already delivered, preference would be to have a TL that has experience of delivering SAP success factors.
- Proven experience as a Test Lead in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations or rollouts
- Strong understanding of test strategy, planning, estimation, execution, and reporting
- Experience managing onsite test teams and coordinating with offshore counterparts
- Ability to drive test governance, track milestones, and escalate risks proactively
- Hands-on experience in leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles
- Experience in success factors modules like Employee Central (EC), Recruitment & Onboarding, Learning & Development, Payroll Integration (if applicable), Performance & Goals
- Understanding of integration points with SAP HCM/ERP and third-party systems
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, X-Ray
- Strong working knowledge of test case design, defect life cycle, regression testing
- Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid delivery models used in enterprise SAP programs
- Experience with data migration testing, cutover validation, or change request testing
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced deliver
