Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement plans.
- Facilitate workshops with SMEs and business stakeholders.
- Produce current-state ('as-is') and future-state ('to-be') process maps.
- Elicit, document and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create Agile user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct gap analysis across processes, systems, data and reporting.
- Document business rules, decision logic and exception handling processes.
- Support RAID management by identifying business risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
- Produce UAT materials and support business acceptance testing.
- Ensure requirements and process improvements are aligned to programme benefits and success measures.
