Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:
- Proven experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

A leading Government organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of large-scale technology and operational change programmes.
Working across the full software development life cycle, you will collaborate with business, technology, infrastructure and operations teams to define requirements, support development and testing, and ensure solutions are secure, compliant and aligned to business needs. You will play a key role in impact assessments, requirements management and operational readiness across complex programmes.
Experience & Requirements:
- Proven experience working across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, development support, testing, UAT and implementation.
- Strong understanding of technical delivery, with experience working closely alongside development and testing teams.
- Demonstrable experience delivering Business Analysis within large-scale technology or government programmes.
- Experience producing structured impact assessments, identifying risks, dependencies and downstream business impacts.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including System Integration Testing (SIT), UAT, regression testing and defect management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, structured and testable technical specifications.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to validate requirements and support solution design.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience facilitating workshops and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments while managing competing priorities.
- Government, public sector or other highly regulated environment experience is highly desirable.
