Summary: The Senior Business Analyst will lead business analysis activities for a major technology and operations programme within a secure government environment. This role requires expertise in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and strong stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis techniques and testing phases of SDLC, along with public sector experience and SC Clearance. The position is based in Milton Keynes and involves a hybrid working pattern.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis activities across discovery, requirements gathering, development, testing, and implementation (Full SDLC).
- Act as the link between business stakeholders, external customers, and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and delivered.
- Support development and testing workstreams, including UAT, system testing, regression testing, and defect management.
- Produce robust impact assessments and analyze complex business and technical changes.
- Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Operate within large, complex programme environments.
