Senior IT Data Lead

About the Role

This is a senior, dual-capability leadership and technical role within a large-scale, multi-entity ERP transformation programme for a major global FMCG business.

The ideal candidate operates simultaneously as an end-to-end Syniti ADMM solution designer and a hands-on technical troubleshooter capable of querying SQL and SAP data structures.

You will own the data migration workstream and serve as the senior face of data to programme leadership and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Syniti ADMM Architecture: Design and own the end-to-end Syniti ADMM migration solution, building the full framework including transformation rules, validation logic, and reconciliation reporting.
• Technical Delivery & SQL Troubleshooting: Work directly within SAP data structures (MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, PM, WM/EWM) and write SQL queries to diagnose, analyze, and resolve data defects at the database level.
• Data Domain Management: Hands-on management of master data domains (Material, Customer, Vendor, BOMs, etc.) and leading Business Partner / CVI conversion logic.
• Workstream Leadership: Lead data migration workshops, manage and challenge external SI partners, and translate complex technical data issues for senior stakeholders and steering groups.

Requirements

• Syniti ADMM Expertise: Deep experience in end-to-end process design and framework architecture, not just tool usage.
• SQL & SAP Technical Depth: Strong capability in writing SQL/T-SQL queries and navigating SAP tables across core modules without functional consultant support.
• CVI Conversion: Proven experience with Business Partner / CVI conversion and matching logic.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience owning a data workstream, managing SI relationships, and independently presenting to senior leadership.
• Industry Background: Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, consumer goods, or supply chain environments.
• Desirable: Direct experience migrating data from SAP ECC into Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, SAP BODS, SAP MDG, or Selective Data Transition (SDT) methodology
