Summary: Harvey Nash is seeking a Service Designer to enhance end-to-end services for a public sector organization, focusing on user-centered design and improving customer journeys. Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end service design, from discovery through to delivery.

- Collaborate with Product, Delivery, UX, and Technical teams.
- Ensure services are aligned to user needs, policy, and business goals.
