SHE Advisor- Nightshift

Summary: Morson is seeking a SHE Advisor for a leading aerospace organization to work night shifts on an initial 12-month contract. The position offers competitive pay rates depending on the employment method, with full-time on-site requirements in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety, health, and environmental compliance during night shifts. This role is crucial for maintaining operational standards in a high-stakes aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to staff on SHE matters during night shifts.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards.
• Implement and monitor SHE policies and procedures.
• Report and investigate incidents and accidents.

Key Skills:

• Experience in a SHE advisory role, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in conducting risk assessments and audits.

Salary (Rate): £34.53 Hourly
