Solutions Architect

What you’ll be doing

Lead the end-to-end functional solution design across the D365 F&O programme.

Facilitate workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

Provide architectural guidance throughout the full project lifecycle, from discovery to post-go-live.

Work closely with Functional Consultants and Technical teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions while minimising customisation.

Partner with the Lead Solution Architect to ensure alignment with the wider ERP and business strategy.

Produce high-quality functional design documentation and solution blueprints.

Champion best practice and fit-to-standard processes across Finance.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and delivery partners in an Agile environment.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as a D365 F&O Functional Solution Architect.

Strong functional expertise across: Finance General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable / Sales Ledger, Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Subscription Billing. Direct Debit experience would be highly advantageous.

Excellent solution design and business process mapping skills.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience producing functional design documentation and leading workshops.

Previous experience delivering enterprise-scale D365 F&O implementations.
