SQL Production Engineer
Summary: The SQL Production Engineer role involves providing production support for applications across various operating systems and cloud architectures. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide production support for applications using Linux/Unix/Windows, Java, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Administer services and manage cloud deployments in AWS architecture.
- Utilize scheduling and event management tools such as Autosys and Netcool.
- Manage and track work using tools like SF and LCT.
- Implement CI/CD processes using GITHUB, Bitbucket, or similar tools.
- Conduct troubleshooting for back-end workflow management and batch processes.
- Understand and apply ITIL concepts related to incidents, problems, and service delivery.
- Work with resiliency testing and management tools like Cutover.
- Support applications hosted on ServiceNow.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in production support environments.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix/Windows, Java, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience with AWS cloud architecture and deployments.
- Familiarity with scheduling and event management tools (Autosys, Netcool).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GITHUB, Bitbucket).
- Experience with management tools (SF, LCT).
- Understanding of ITIL concepts.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills in workflow management and shell scripting.
- Experience with observability tools (AppD, APM) is preferred.
- Experience in ServiceNow hosted app support is a plus.

Job Description
>5 years hands on experience in production support environments with applications using Linux/Unix/Windows, Java, SQL, PL/SQL. Hands on experience in service administrations and cloud formation, deployments in Cloud architecture AWS. Should have worked on Scheduling and Event management tools including Autosys, Netcool. Experience in GITHUB, Bitbucket or other enterprise source control tool for CI/CD. Experience in managing and tracking work using management tools like SF, LCT. Preferred to have understanding on ITIL concepts including Incidents, Problems, Change, Service delivery, transitions, etc. Excellent troubleshooting skills for Back End workflow management processes, batch management and Shell Scripting. Understanding on Resiliency test (DR) and having exposure to resiliency workflow management tools like Cutover. Candidate having worked in Observability tools like AppD, APM would be preferred. Experience in ServiceNow hosted app support will be added skills
