Summary: The Team Coach - People Services role involves leading a team of People Co-ordinators to provide exceptional HR and recruitment support within a large organization. The position focuses on developing a high-performing team, driving continuous improvement, and enhancing the employee experience through coaching and relationship-building. The role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to effectively manage HR processes and initiatives. This is a fixed-term contract position based in Glasgow, Scotland.
