Technical Delivery Lead

Summary: The Technical Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing technical delivery planning for projects, ensuring effective scoping of technical requirements, and managing the refinement process within engineering teams. This role involves creating and managing Jira tasks, chairing daily stand-ups, and addressing challenges faced by developers. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a Fintech environment, particularly in finance or payments, and possess strong technical skills to collaborate effectively with engineering leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership of technical delivery planning per project
• Accountable for scoping technical requirements and managing refinement process within engineering
• Creating Jira technical stories/tasks/sub tasks and managing lifecycle through development/testing/release
• Chairing daily stand ups, tracking progress, proactively resolving issues and unblocking challenges for developers
• Managing DevSecOps requirements, releases, and implementations
• Reporting for leadership updates plus any additional required governance
• Attending client calls where needed

Key Skills:

• Technical PO/Delivery experience ideally within Fintech environment
• Experience in finance/payments preferred
• Strong technical skills and confidence in working with developers and Engineering leadership
• Engineering degree desirable
• Proficiency in Jira/Confluence, GitHub/Bitbucket
• Development experience in Golang, Java, Jenkins, Kubernetes, AWS, Swagger is a huge plus
